Shipping Policy

We work to ship your items as fast as possible. We realize that quick shipping and receiving is as important to you as price and customer service. Most in stock items will be shipped the same day if you get your order in before our daily pickup. Our daily pickup for UPS comes at 4pm Est. USPS and Fedex come around 3 PM EST. UPS does not pickup or deliver on weekends.  You may place your order with 3 day select, 2nd day air, and next day air for faster delivery. For time sensitive shipments please call us. When an order is shipped by us, you will automatically receive an email with tracking information. We ship through UPS, USPS and Fedex.

Swords and Weapons Shipping Times
For instance, if you live in NY, UPS Ground shipping transit time would be one day, OH would be 2 days, and California would be 4-5 days but will be delivered sooner if you choose Next day air, 2nd day air, or 3 day select during checkout.  We also ship via USPS Priority Mail which takes 1-3 business days across the enitire United States.

Legalities: You alone are responsible for making sure that the products shipped to your country and/or city are legal for import and agree to pay all duties and taxes that arise from the import of such goods. Import fees can be substantial as they are based on the price of your order total and UPS, Fedex and USPS brokerage fees. We will not be held responsible for customs seizures.

Most orders will go out within 24 hours but may be delayed due to unforseen circumstances. Please make sure to order early to avoid time related problems with your shipment. We will not give you a refund if your order did not arrive on the time you or we estimated. You will be subject to the standard returns policy. Sometimes your order will contain two or more packages. Our shipping is estimated at weight value and most of the time is correct. If your actual shipping price is higher than shown, we reserve the right to charge your card for the extra shipping amount. If the extra charges are higher than five dollars, we will contact you before charging your card. 



Returns by 
We have a 30 day return policy. If you do not like your product, you may return it to us within 30 days. You may choose to exchange your item for a different item, the same item, or you may choose to be refunded (minus any shipping charges) . At no time will shipping charges be refunded for any reason. If you want a cash refund or charges put back on your credit card or Paypal account, there will be a 10% restocking fee. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the charges to return on your statement. If you need to return an item that was received damaged, please contact us within 1-3 days for further assistance. Any wholesale or discounted status used at the time of purchase can only be issued store credit, No exceptions.
At no time will we accept a return of used merchandise.

To start the return process, please follow the directions below. These directions MUST be followed to ensure your item(s) reach us. We will not be responsible for items sent back without without following directions. Any "refused" shipment will be subject to the restocking fee.

A loose saya or tsuba is not considered to be a "defect" and is considered to be regular maintenance. If your saya or tsuba becomes loose, please contact us and we will walk you through the proper way to get your saya or tsuba tight as new.

You must also understand that the less expensive the item, the more apt it is to come with minute defects. This is to be expected in buying very inexpensive swords and daggers and will not warrant us to pay return shipping charges. You may return the item if you are not happy with its looks, but you will be subject to our standard return policy.

Return directions:
1. Package your item(s) back in their original packaging. Everything that you recieved with any given item you are returning MUST be included in the return. (Box, packing materials, stands etc) We package items well for shipment to our customers and we hope you will do the same. Do not send an item back in just its original packaging. Use a new outer carton to ship the items back. Please write your order number on the outside of the box.

2. Include a note explaining exactly what you would like us to do with your item. You can receive store credit (which can be used anytime), you can choose a refund minus any shipping charges and restocking fee, or you can choose to exchange your item for anything on our site. If you choose an exchange, please include the item number as well as the price and credit card info if the item is more expensive than the items being returned. If the item is less, we will credit the remainder to the card used for the order. New shipping charges will be incurred for any exchange and they will be paid by the customer.

3. Send the items back to us via USPS, UPS or Fedex. Make sure to insure your shipment as we will not be responsible for loss or damage during shipping. Send all items to:

4. When we receive your return please allow up to a week for processing. You may contact us at any time to find out the status of your return.
